Job Description

Aerotek is looking to hire 5+ packagers for Motorola in Richmond! These positions are consider entry level and no experience is necessary. Please note this is a full-time position that requires availability for overtime and weekends when necessary.Job description:Job duties primarily will be relating to packaging product. 20% of the job will be assembling products. Candidates can move into assembly positions later on and will be cross trained.

  • need to be flexible to work throughout the assembly line
  • create boxes (Shoebox size)
  • insect cameras
  • install a cover or a hood
  • pack in individual boxes
  • seal and place products on a cart to go over the packaging team
  • assisting in other manufacturing areas as necessary
Qualifications
  • good hand and eye coordination
  • manual dexterity
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • able to work on your feet for 8+ hours
  • availability for overtime
  • problem solving skills
  • able to read, write and communicate
  • focus on quality and safety
Previous manufacturing experience is considered an assetWork Schedule and Salary
  • Morning & Afternoon shifts available 6:30AM-3PM or 3:30PM-12:00AM
  • overtime on weekends
  • option to do 5x8 or 4x10. Please note 4x10 shift on afternoons would require a vehicle no transit is running at this time
