Job Description :MANAGER, WAREHOUSE & INVENTORYRichmondAs Manager, Warehouse and Inventory, your goal is to ensure the development and implementation of the warehouse and ground operations strategy and provides smooth operations for movement, storage, and inventory control for materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging.Your key responsibilities include: meeting cost, quality, customer, and fleet requirements in line with the business strategy and corporate guidelines. You oversee a team in studying supply usage patterns and forecasts; sets reorder points; orders, receives, and verifies inventory; takes physical counts; tracks lost items; adjusts records; and bills cost centers.You demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills and are an innovative problem solver. With strong analytical skills, you direct and review the work of team members in order to implement strategies and execute plans. You are a proven collaborator, strong communicator and facilitator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You work well under pressure, and can effectively multi-task to meet commitments.
