  • Promote property through marketing initiatives, develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives
  • Choose the appropriate media for advertisement purposes and work with media to develop advertisement campaigns within the budget range
  • Create, edit and deliver marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, flyers, press releases, web banners, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing campaigns, including housing exhibitions, house tours, customer meetings, etc., to encourage and entice potential buyers
  • Design and provide advice on the property promotional films production
  • Assist in website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain and update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts daily and respond to followers
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Develop and manage relationships with property sales platforms and other third parties to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns and to ensure competitiveness
  • Proofread copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
  • Conduct real estate market research and identify trends
Qualifications:
  • A college diploma in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Minimum one year of marketing-related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
