On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for an Organizational Change Managementamp; Training Lead to join our Client #39;s team on a 12-month contract with the potential to extend annually for up to 2+ additional years. This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in Vancouver, BC.Summary of the Role:The Organizational Change Managementamp; Training Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing change management, communications, and training strategies for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects, including IBM Maximo software enhancements and a major platform upgrade.
