Our best-selling Romper fabric is a sustainable rayon from bamboo and cotton blend, and although it costs more for us to use it, it’s proven to stand the test of time and retain its shape and softness when treated well. ROLE OVERVIEW:We are seeking a part-time (10 - 20 hours per week) Photoshoot Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Style Director, the Photoshoot Assistant is responsible for the preparation, organization and day of photoshoot support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate photoshoot shot list
• Assist models with dressing and styling
• Assist on the day of the photoshoot ensuring we get the perfect shot for our marketing campaigns and website
• Organize dropbox photos
• Set the stage for shoots
• Prepare and organize products, accessories and props for photoshoots ensuring we get the perfect shot for our marketing campaigns
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive attitude and optimistic mindset
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a timely manner
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Experience in fashion/apparel industry an asset
• Flexibility, patience, and problem‐solving oriented
• Located within driving distance of our headquarters in Richmond, BC, with access to reliable transportation. To successfully perform the requirements of this role, it will be necessary to be on and off site at different shoot locations
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
