Job Description

About the Role:We are excited to welcome a thorough and hardworking candidate to join the team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and thrives in a team-centric and fast paced environment. We are hiring for a variety of shifts:

  • Monday-Thursday, 3:15PM-1:45PM
  • Friday-Sunday, 5:00AM-5:30PM

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in manufacturing/printing
  • Basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials
  • Effective communication skills and ability to follow written instructions on the job ticket
  • Ability to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and feeder mechanisms
  • Comfortable with entering data in computer
  • Eye for efficiency and thrives in a continuous improvement culture
  • Must be a team player
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure material is loaded into feeders in an efficient manner for smooth operations
  • Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of paper
  • Provide assistance as needed to setup equipment
  • Assist with retrieving, hanging and recycling/storing plates
  • Troubleshoot quality and press issues
  • Follow department procedures
