About the Role:Are you looking to get your hands on deck of a growing team and company We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented and forward thinking Production Worker to join our Production team. Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth! We have a variety of shifts available,

  • Monday- Friday, 5:00AM-1:30PM
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
  • Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6:30PM
  • Monday-Friday, 3:30PM-12:00AM
  • Monday-Thursday, 1:30PM-10:30PM & Friday, 1:30PM-8:00PM
  • Tuesday-Friday, 1:15PM-11:45PM

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately
  • Restack finished and stripped product as required
  • Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and all continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defective and follow best practices to improve quality
  • Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times
  • Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
