We offer interesting and challenging tasks, a positive working environment in international teams and opportunities for personal development and growth in a global company.Your responsibilities and tasks:The Project Assistant will provide essential support to the project execution team in project operations and the maintenance of project documents and procedures.

  • Update project schedules and status reports as directed by project managers.
  • Organize and edit contents in project folders and Teams channels
  • Assist in the quality process by creating and editing non-conformance reports and improvement suggestions.
  • Support the assembly of change notices and change orders.
  • Assemble cost data for resource utilization and installation expenses.
  • Support the project director and project managers in the editing of project management standards and templates.
  • Assist the installation team with drawings, instructions, travel documents, safety clearance forms, etc.
Your profile and qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of university education, preferably in Business Administration or Project Management
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office products
  • Working knowledge in MS Sharepoint and Teams
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Familiarity with MS Projects or equivalent project management software.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
