The company’s success is a result of our amazing work culture, our innovative and highly sought-after products, and the superb customer service we deliver.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager at our head office in Richmond, BC. The Regional Marketing Manager takes a lead role in the marketing team in managing our Business Units’ marketing initiatives and executing the marketing strategy for their region.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Regional Planning:

  • Align with Sales to develop, implement, and execute marketing strategy for the assigned region, liaising between Product, Corporate, and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to monitor, analyze, and report campaign results. Continuously optimize campaigns based on feedback from internal stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Understand the regional market trends and competitors in collaboration with Sales Managers and Business Development Managers to obtain insight into market and customer needs, and make plans and adjustments accordingly
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing analysis for all stakeholders (Corporate, Business Units and Regional management) on identifiable trends in these defined KPIs. Advise on any actions to be taken to improve results.
  • Manage a small team consisting of a Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer who will assist in the deliverables for the Americas marketing team. .
Execution:
  • Align all Business Unit initiatives, harnessing synergies to leverage effort and effect.
  • Coordinate regional campaigns that focus on the delivery of Strategic Plan within the region.
  • Execute regional campaigns and events. Support and localize product specific campaigns to meet the unique regional requirements:
    • Design and execute the methodology and approach
    • Create and monitor customer feedback mechanisms
    • Apply research strategies to increase focus and alignment of marketing campaigns
    • Track effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns and brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other customer events.
  • Develop, plan, and purchase advertising with select regional media partners.
  • Manage content for regional website(s), social media, and other regional digital marketing activities

  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively: able to present ideas and concepts; excellent written skills including effective copywriting and editing skills; adept at crafting messaging that resonates with audiences across different platforms
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional at planning, organizing, implementing, and communicating integrated marketing plans across business lines and departments.
  • Marketing Plans: Proven ability to develop, manage and implement marketing plans that align with product lifecycles, and application of marketing strategies and tools.
  • Business acumen: ability to set goals, understanding ‘risk to reward’ concept.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to seamlessly collaborate with different entrusted internal and external parties, build partnerships and navigate competing priorities with diplomacy and tact.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent required. MBA a plus.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience within a B2B environment is preferred. Software marketing experience is an asset.
  • 2+ years’ experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation software.
  • Understanding of how Google AdWords and Google Analytics contributes to demand generation.
  • Experience with project management and productivity collaboration tools (Asana, Wrike, Basecamp).
  • Proven experience with social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
