Job descriptionLuckyBox Storage is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive sales and support the company’s growth. This is a hybrid role that encompasses both marketing and sales functions as part of the Revenue Generation Team. A typical week involves planning and working on marketing campaigns, following-up on leads, qualifying and educating prospects, close sales opportunities, and liaising with existing customers to look for potential upsell opportunities.As the first point of contact for customer, you have a minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience delivering exceptional client service, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to wear multiple hats. With a keen eye for details, you have a knack for storytelling, enjoy designing marketing materials, and understand the importance of connecting with our customers and the ability to close the deal. You also have a passion for learning and a desire to develop your skills, love taking initiative, and know how to carry out your work efficiently while having fun!Sales Duties:

• Initiate relationships with potential customers in a B2B and B2C environment
• Provide product information and helpful advice
• Follow up with customers
• Process orders and payments
• Lead generation, cold calling
• Website lead follow up
• Quote/Contract preparation and follow up
• After Sales Follow up
• Monitor email leads
• Use the voice of the customer feedback to understand customer needs and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing sales week debrief and share marketing activity information for weekly team meetings
• Other duties as assigned.

Marketing Duties:

• Providing ideas, recommendations, and plans to contribute to the optimization of on-going marketing campaigns and sales strategies for the sales and modifications product line.
• Creating and maintaining Sales & Marketing materials including:
• Print materials
• Social media
• Advertisements
• Websites
• Coordinate social media marketing (e.g. website, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Ensure all advertising and promotional activities comply with corporate design and image.
• Work to produce articles and publication preparation by Liaising with other staff and clients to generate, source and promote relevant and interesting content on social media.
• Maintain industry and client relationships, Generate Leads
• build up an online community or pool of potential customers and sell to them
• Experience in managing social media channels. Ability to effectively manage and monitor social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with great follow-through, versatile, and flexible.
• A proactive and creative approach to building the sales pipeline
• Excellent organization skills with a strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop long term meaningful relationships with new and existing professional and lay customers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Digital advertising and email marketing pro.
• Savvy Social media skills a plus
• Proactive to ensure deadlines are met.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
• A strong desire to learn and succeed in the sales industry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Experience working with WordPress or a similar hosting platform, graphics training is an asset.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive demeanor while working.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to demonstrate software usage
• Experience in working in a B2B and B2C sales/marketing capacity
• Have creativity, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

• A team player that is always willing to lend a hand

This is a full time salaried position with benefits. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday.
