At BlackboxMyCar, we pride ourselves on making sure each and every customer gets treated fairly and with respect. Our team is committed to offering the highest tier of pre- and post-purchase customer service every day.We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic Sales Representative to join our in-house team in Richmond, BC at our head office. Were looking for a full-time position. You must be able to work all Saturdays (a weekday will be swapped).OUR COMPANY PROVIDES:

YOULL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU CAN:
  • Provide customer service via email, in-person, text message, and live chat
  • Provide and address sales inquiries and technical support via the modes of communication above
  • Input, handle, and ensure customer orders, inquiries, messages, etc. are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner
  • Keep the rest of the sales team (other coworkers, assistant manager, and manager) informed of any issues, problems, or concerns
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure customer requests, orders, issues, etc. are resolved and followed up in a timely manner
  • Provide and deal with RMAs, and then test and process them
  • Routinely test out new dash cams and related products

  • Excellent at multitasking
  • Excellent at communicating
  • Precision-oriented
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
  • Customer service experience
  • 60+ WPM typing speed
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Gorgias, SalesForce, etc.
