Job Description

We are not distracted or fettered by trends and will continue to provide attainable luxury to like-minded individuals.The ideal candidate possesses a passion for the fashion industry while driving business with an entrepreneurial mindset and you will be responsible for:STORE FUNCTIONALITY

  • Participate in execution of floor management as needed
  • Utilize stock management knowledge to communicate product sales trends
  • Review inventory and item level accuracy and shortage issues
  • Support auditing and validating correct procedures for inventory receiving and processes through ensuring all are completed with urgency and accuracy:
  • Execute receiving in adherence to the company’s Delivery Receiving Guide
  • Full inventory counts (FIC) procedures as required
  • Tracking UPH
  • Correctly scanning product into all inventory programs
  • Partner with senior Retail Managers to create, review, and optimize retail stores schedules to achieve company goals
  • Oversee and participate in stock room set-up and organization
  • Ensure the right quantity of stock is in the right place at the right time
  • Maintain proper presentation of merchandise in accordance to corporate directives
  • Efficiently and accurately support with shipping and receiving of merchandise
  • Perform inventory counts upon corporate office direction
  • Support cleanliness and maintenance of physical store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experience
  • Adhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theft
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
  • Source top candidates to build a high performing operations teams
  • Build our team by welcoming and supporting onboarding of new employees
  • Build and maintain relationships with store team, peers and relevant partners
  • Support training and development of high performing operations staff to maximize productivity
  • Provide timely feedback and active informal training to staff
  • Inspire and motivate team through demonstrating leadership qualities
  • Initiate and communicate team objectives and updates with Management team and relevant District partners
  • Develop and train store management teams with the proper tools to ensure inventory is accurate and loss is minimized
  • Support program evaluation by collecting store feedback and metrics to create optimized solutions for better streamlines and processes
  • If remote, act as a liaison for the Retail Operations & Loss Manager to implement and provide feedback on auditing results and practices in other districts
SALES GENERATION
  • Provide exceptional client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales Culture
  • Build and manage client relationships through client database recording
  • Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise
  • Provide industry knowledge through awareness of products and prices in the market
  • Drive sales through OAK+FORT eCommerce purchases and social media platforms
  • Maximize sales during special events and customer services
  • Process cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Respond and appropriately resolve customer complaints and service opportunities
