You will take ownership of technical inquiries after project handover, providing timely assistance through email, phone, or remote access to plant HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces). Your support will help customers with system setup, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and senior leaders who are committed to your growth and ready to share their expertise.
