About The Role: To drive activity to the Human Resources department in various activities, which will include, full cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, intranet maintenance, learningamp; development etc. This is a hybrid position based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.What You #39;ll Be doing:
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including posting roles, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill open positions
  • Responsible for onboarding, including letter of offer, drug screening, background check, new hire paperwork, and onboarding activities
  • Responsible for the administration of readings and training documents in LMS system
  • Responsible for offboarding, scheduling exit interviews, obtaining asset lists and finalizing employee departure, and advising payroll accordingly
  • Maintains various HR and Quality related records, such as files, payroll reporting, HR payroll systems, service records, device records, etc.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions and training requirements records (TRR)
  • Will provide back-up support to the current payroll and benefits supervisor, and learn all aspects of payroll processing for both Canada and US
  • Create or revise job descriptions as required
  • Create or revise HR policies, forms procedures and release new documents following our quality document release procedures
  • Assist with office related functions
  • Other HR related duties as assigned
Who We #39;re Looking For:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience with generalist HR knowledge for both Canada and the United States
  • CPHR designation or working toward would be an asset
  • Proficient with the use of ADP Workforce Now and Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
  • Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook)
