We Clean them!The hours of work each day/week are flexible from as low as 1.5 hrs to 44 hrs per week. The locations vary per day but we do our best to provide a constative day off as well as preferred days off. The hours acquired are at the discretion of the hiree. You choose how much time per day, what days per week.Requirements for the positions are:Be able to follow daily requirements to perform all tasks to quality standards established by Gleem Team;Our Common Tasks *included but are not limited to the following:Ø Dusting horizon & Vertical, furniture, equipment, partition walls, cabinets, countertops, bookcases, etc.Ø High Attention to Detail - Looking behind furniture, lifting garbage cans, moving cords to clean underneath them, etc.Ø Clean and disinfecting sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, microwaves, High Touch Surfaces.Ø Sweeping and Washing floor & Staircases, vacuuming rugs and carpet.Ø Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen.Ø Empty trash cans and recyclables if requiredAbilities:Ø Physically fit; able to lift to 50 pounds (vacuum cleaner/mop bucket for examples)Ø Able to walk up and down stairs multiple times which require cleaningØ An eye for High Attention to Detail, or meticulousness in your work.Ø Strong work ethic with the abilities takes pride in the services we provideØ Dependable, professional in mannerism and appearance at all timesØ Be a Team player, Have the ability to work within a team if required or to work alone.Ø Have Reasoning ability, as well as the ability to use Common sense, & problem-solving skills.Ø Have an eagerness to please; We create a pleasant environment for everyone, and no matter which room we are cleaning, the best of us go that extra mile to ensure everyone feels right at home.Ø Be in Good health; Being a professional cleaner is a demanding job that requires being on your feet and moving around for several hours in a row, and not to mention picking up and carrying around often heavy, bulky equipment and cleaning productsØ A strong stomach; Cleaning profession isn’t all roses, and from time to time there are a few unsavory cleaning challengesØ Have Friendliness; A warm, friendly character is a necessity and will soon make you a valued and invaluable part of the workforceØ Be Consistency; To be successful in the cleaning business, you need to have high standards, and confidently and easily excel them every time.Ø Trustworthiness; you’re often entrusted with access to a building or establishment after-hours, or even someone’s home when nobody else is around.Ø Perceptiveness; Cleaning efficiently, smartly, and safely requires a high level of intuition, to know how to get a job done in the most cost- and time-effective manner, with the right equipment, and with the least disturbance to those around you.Ø Have Integrity, with personal awareness, & sensitivity to others, be accountable for your work and actionsØ YOU MUST be able to accept constructive criticism!
