We want to hear from you!The ideal candidate will be expected to work 20-40 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required during peak seasons. The Pavement Maintenance Professional will be required to work both day shifts and night shifts when required. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to gain tangible employment experience and for experienced labor workers to gain new skillsets within the pavement industry.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completing both indoor and outdoor line painting requirements (parking lot lines, curbs, stencils, crosswalks, etc.) on an array of surfaces such as parking lots and roads using proprietary equipment and processes specific to EverLine

• Assist in executing new parking lot layouts

• Complete sealcoating and crack filling on surfaces to slow pavement deterioration

• Sweep parking lots using ride-on sweepers

• Disinfect surfaces utilizing pressurized equipment and systems

• Epoxy indoor floorings using cutting edge processes and materials

• Power wash surfaces

• Signage and bollard cover installation

• Parking block and speed bump installation for all types of parking lots and parking garages

• Complete custom stenciling requirements based on client needs

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract; final candidates will be required to provide a clean driving abstract before a job offer is made

• Previous experience with small engines or paint sprayers is considered an asset

• Mode of transportation to and from meeting points

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role (walking, bending) with the ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally

• Punctual

• Ability to work independently as well as with others

• Self-motivated

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations

• Ability to problem solve effectively and proven critical thinking skills

• Strong work ethic with the drive to attain and exceed targets

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role; candidates with a diploma or a degree in related fields are considered an asset

Additional NotesThis job requires availability for both day and nights, in a temporary yet recurring capacity. Final candidates must be flexible with their schedules as weekend and overtime work may be required during the peak seasons of Spring and Summer. Vacation time will not be permitted during these peak seasons. Proof of a clean driving abstract will be required prior to a job offer being made to the final candidates.Candidates will be required to provide multiple references, both personal and professional.Contract length: 6 monthsPart-time hours: 20-40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, ContractSalary: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:
