Job Description

Interested in working remotely from Atlantic Canada If yes, then this job is yours!Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Appointment Coordinator to work full-time hours remotely for our client located in Saint John, NB. Get your foot in the door with our client that offers integrated, innovative, and robust Software Technology Solutions and Services to Traditional and Electric Vehicle Dealerships and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) across North America.

  • Pay rate: $15/hour + Monthly Bonus
  • Location: Atlantic Canada , Remote
  • Availability Required:
  • NB / Mon-Fri 7 AM-11 PM / Saturday 8 AM-9 PM AST
  • NL / Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-9:30 PM NST
  • Job type: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers who want to schedule service with their dealership.
  • Complete outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle maintenance recommendations, recalls, appointment confirmations, and customer satisfaction after a dealership visit.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries by listening to understand, showing empathy, and gathering all applicable information before recommending solutions.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Previous contact center experience (inbound and outbound) is an asset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Successful candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, reliable, positive, and dedicated
