We are looking for an Electrical Distribution Network Technician to join our T amp;D and energy team from our offices in Lévis, Rimouski or Rivière-du-Loup. The ideal candidate will thrive in a versatile role combining design, project management and field work, with a tangible and direct impact on electricity users.Primary Responsibilities

• Visit sites to determine the nature of the work to be carried out
• Carry out field surveys
• Design overhead and/or underground distribution networks
• Draw up plans using AutoCAD software
• Work with geographic information systems (GIS)
• Research property rights and prepare easement applications
• Estimating quantities of materials, labour requirements and costs
• Applying for permits from the entities concerned (municipal, ministerial, etc.)
• Supervise work, in residence or in support (occasionally)
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of projects
• Work closely with customers
