You can follow lab processes and procedures exactly, enter the associated data reliably and correctly, and discern subtle differences in lab samples, including urinalysis. Rocky Mountain House Hospital and Care Centre is a busy facility servicing a wide area, so you can expect some day-to-day variety in your work. The position includes days and weekends. Rocky Mountain House is a small town with easy access to Red Deer. Rocky Mountain Houses slogan is "Where Adventure Begins". You will have the opportunity to work in a bustling West Country with access to the mountains, horseback riding trails, ATV trails, lakes and rivers as well as beautiful scenery and rich heritage. This position also includes home collections and collections outside of the facility. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.
