Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for the orderliness and cleaning throughout all areas of the property, including public areas, guest roomsamp; storage rooms, all the while living up to Mission and VisionCanalta Hotel Rocky Mountain HouseRoom AttendantKey Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and courtesy as needed to guests and team members
  • Make beds daily and change bed linen
  • Vacuum carpets, floors and upholstery
  • Clean bathrooms and supply with fresh towels and toiletries
  • Ensure that televisions, radios, lights and HVAC equipment are working
  • Check and restock tea, coffee, sugar, etc.
  • Restocking cart after every shift
  • Perform other duties as may be required by the general manager
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in hotel and accommodations an asset
  • Previous experience working as a room attendant an asset
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks
Salary: We offer a range from $18.05 to $19.00 / hour based on qualificationsBonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employers discretion.Benefits: Group insurance benefits including dental, health and vision. Long term disability.Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum 32 hours per weekLanguage: At least intermediate English is required.Job Location: Rocky Mountain House, AB.
