Your Opportunity:The Rocky Mountain House Health Centre is an active rural hospital with a busy Operating Room/Endoscopy program open five days per week. We also provide 24 hour Emergency Services, Obstetric services, and maintain 31 Acute Care beds. The hospital provides care to a community population base of more than 20,000. This includes the Town of Rocky Mountain House, Clearwater County, Nordegg and the Sunchild, OChiese and Bighorn First Nation Communities. Rocky Mountain House is located one hour west of Red Deer in west-central Alberta on the North Saskatchewan River. One word that could describe Rocky Mountain House is "opportunity". Rocky Mountain House is a friendly, vibrant feel community that welcomes newcomers to the area and help become engaged and included.Description:As a Surgical Processor, you will be responsible for the decontamination, reassembly and sterilization of hospital supplies, equipment and surgical instrumentation. You will use the principles of aseptic technique and follow Universal Precautions in the prevention of Hospital Acquired Infections (HAI).
