Please go to www.binnoojiiyag.ca/careers for the complete job posting and application process.The Childamp; Youth Service Worker is responsible for ensuring the provision of quality service to children in the care of Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child and Family Services.The Childamp; Youth Service Worker will ensure all Legislative, Ministry, and Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag policies, procedures, and regulations respective to the child’s care are met. The Childamp; Youth Service Worker will formulate plans of care guided by the goals of permanence and stability and implement strategies to satisfy treatment objectives. This position works closely with Alternative Care and Customary Care parents, other care providers, other Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag staff, community service agencies, and community professionals to ensure the needs of children in care are met. With our team of dedicated staff, we work with children, youth, and families as early as possible to help them navigate various obstacles and access services available to them. We offer services such as Childamp; Youth Mental Health and Addictions, Youth Justice, Youth in Transition, Child Welfare, and Alternative Care.
