• Manage all phases of residential construction projects from planning and permitting to execution and final walkthrough, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication, set expectations, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship by conducting regular site inspections and enforcing best practices.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively, adapting to changes and keeping progress on track.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and productive work environment.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a strong track record of delivering projects successfully. Previous experience in the construction industry is considered a strong plus!
• Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices, ensuring high-quality work and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple moving parts effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset, able to navigate challenges and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JobTread, BuilderTrend, Procore) is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver #39;s license and reliable transportation for site visits and meetings.
