Company descriptionForfitness and Athletics (FFA) is a rehabilitation, health, and performance centre with a professional team of chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, athletic therapy, exercise physiology, and strength and conditioning. We strive to offer the highest quality services to support our patients, gym members, training groups, and province to live to their fullest.Job descriptionPosition: Administrative Team LeadHours: 20-24 hours per week (up to 35 to 40 hours a week potentially after probation)Availability: Afternoon, Early Evening and SaturdaysRate: Part-time hourly, rate is dependent on experience*We are looking for an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our front desk staff. We are starting this position at part-time, with the potential to go up to 35 hours per week after a probationary period. We are a multi-disciplinary paramedical clinic that has been in the Kennebecasis Valley for 40 +years. In the last 5 years we added a gym that has gym memberships, personal training, fitness classes, and group training. In our clinic we offer Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Psychology, Dietitian and Athletic TherapyRequirements:

  • Diploma in Office Administration/Medical Office/Office Management
  • 5+years in customer service/customer facing role
  • Communication - Ability to easily communicate from client to owner where needed
  • Experience in a very fast paced environment, and remain calm
  • Ability to multi-task and easily adapt around changes
  • Detail & Schedule/Time Oriented
  • Intermediate to advanced software skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and experience in MindBody is an asset
  • Experience with client and business facing app and cloud based software
  • Experience in a clinical setting
  • Paramedical office experience(optional)
Roles & Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Front Desk Reception, displaying exemplary customer service
  • Daily Management of Schedule, Care Providers, and Patient service
  • Go To for Problem Solving, follow up, & resolution
  • Follow up with Staff on roles and responsibilities where necessary
  • Solve transactional issues and maintain integrity between softwares
  • Insurance Provider management
  • Escalation point for patient/client issues
  • Liaison between staff and owner
  • Light Housekeeping
