Responsibilities-Assist the Market Manager in maintaining our high standards of customer service, food quality, visual presentation AND cleanliness everyday.Required Skills and Behaviors-Be able to project a positive image to our customersBe able to give our customers exceptional personal service everydayBe able to check our customers through using our POS system quickly and accuratelyBe able to safely prepare Fresh Produce for saleBe able to keep a clean, sanitized and tidy retail and work area for everyoneBe able to lift heavy products(60lbs)Be able to stand on your feet and hustle when needed.Flexibility-Flexibility is critical. You must be willing help out whenever necessary.Experience-Experience in the food industry and in retail is an asset, but not necessary.You must be opened minded and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers.Compensation-Depends on experience.Hours-32 hours a week. Mid-day and early evening shifts.
