Come be a part of our dynamic team and seize the chance to build a brighter future in one of Canada #39;s most promising citiesJob duties:Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine type and thickness of glass, frame, installation procedure and materials requiredMeasure and mark glass and cut glass using glass cutters or computerized cutterAssemble, erect and dismantle scaffolds, rigging and hoisting equipmentPosition glass panes into frames and secure glass using clips, points or mouldingsAssemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors or glass products on walls, ceilings or exteriors of buildingFabricate metal frames for glass installation if requiredInstall, fit, fabricate and attach architectural metals or related substitute products in commercial and residential buildingsInstall pre-cut mirrors and opaque and transparent glass panels in frames to form exterior walls of buildingsPrepare and install skylights, showcases and stained or other special glass in churches, museums, sports and other establishmentsRepair and service residential windows, commercial aluminum doors and other glass supporting structures, and replace damaged glass or faulty sealantOther duties as requiredRequirementsPunctualAttention to detailAble to lift 50 lbsPersonableAble to work independently and part of a teamNot afraid of heightsDrivers licence is an assetWork in all weather conditionsOut of town work is required in SaskatchewanTrade certificate is an assetBenefitsExtended Medical and Dental after 6 months.
