Position descriptionThe Department of Biology at Mount Allison University invites applications to teach half of BIOL 3111 – Environmental Microbiology - in fall 2022. This is a stipendiary (part-time) appointment. The course will be co-taught with another faculty member and will require the successful candidate to teach half of lecture and lab sessions throughout the fall term. Classes are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00-5:20 PM, and the lab is on Tuesdays, 1:00-3:50 PM. The anticipated class size is approximately 20 students.Candidates should have a PhD in Biology or a related field and possess the expertise to instruct Environmental Microbiology at the post-secondary level.
