A Shift Manager is also responsible for providing amazing customer experiences and demonstrating strong selling skills.* Ensure every customer receives outstanding customer service by following our customer service program* Drive customer loyalty by introducing our loyalty program to all customers* Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer focused sales associates* Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values* Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties, in conjunction with/or in the absence of management* Participating in merchandising, marketing and visual presentation according to our standards and directives* Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers* Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness* Providing supervision to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results* Creating a positive work environment that embodies our values*Who You Are** Experienced retail associate who is able to motivate, train and coach others to success* Has excellent sales skills and is committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences* Interested in fashion and has an eye for style* Committed to teamwork and can apply our philosophy that “none of us is as good as all of us”* Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store* Has flexible availability; shift managers can work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts*WHY CLEO*Our mission is to be today’s choice in meeting women’s fashion needs, by offering styles that are flattering with a dress up/dress down versatility that gives her the value and quality she can trust, in a fun, friendly, easy to shop store.
