We are searching for talented and experienced people with CIS experience and skills. Specifically, we are searching for Vendor Solution Consultants, Clinicians, or Clinical Informaticists to join us and either assist in the implementation of CIS solutions, develop and deploy CIS implementations, development of assets and accelerators, and assistance in technical requirement analysis for business cases for clients to move their CIS instance to the cloud, OR assist our clients solve toughest challenges related to supporting and optimizing their CIS solutions.You Are:An experienced Cerner Delivery Lead with proven skills in one or more of the following CIS solutions: Cerner (Oracle Health), Epic, MEDITECH or Allscripts (Altera).The Work:Depending on the client engagement, the CIS Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading an Accenture team, CIS vendor team, and/or client in the following areas:

• Delivery Team mobilization, identifying appropriate resources and bringing them on to the delivery
• Accountable for ensuring that the projects or programs adhere to Managed Delivery principles
• Baseline Scope and Change Control
• Estimating: Revalidate the estimates at key transition points in the development lifecycle using Accenture delivery methods
• Standardization: Perform the work in accordance with Accenture Delivery Methods and in line with our policies
• Metrics: Calculate (based on the baseline plan and estimates), report and act upon the standard Accenture metrics
• QA Process: Ensure adherence to Accenture policies and participate in Delivery QA reviews and resolve all critical actions to the agreed timelines.
• Transparency and Communications: Collaborate with the client lead to understand the contract and financial objectives of the overall engagement or client, and share this understanding with the delivery team
• Individual Objectives: Cascade engagement-specific objectives through Performance Achievement in Workday and use these to drive performance evaluation across the delivery team.
• Shared Objectives: Understand the client expectations and participate in appropriate steering committee and status reviews with the client. Develop with the rest of the client team a shared set of objectives and expectations that enables successful partnership between the teams

Here is what you need:

• Healthcare IT Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years #39; experience in Healthcare IT solution architecture and delivery.
• Either consulting or systems integrator experience with Clinical Information Systems solutions, or clinical healthcare organization experience using CIS solutions.
• Delivery Lead experience in the implementation and configuration of CIS solutions, including Cerner (Oracle Health), Epic, MEDITECH or Allscripts (Altera).
• Clinical Information System Experience:
• Proficient in leading teams through the CIS project lifecycle, inclusive but not limited to planning, designing and building, testing, training and optimizing CIS solutions.
• Preferred experience in implementing CIS solutions in a complex or multi-site Information Systems environment.
• Demonstrates workflow, solution-specific, and project management knowledge for a CIS.
• Educational and Location Requirements:
• Bachelor #39;s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
• Prior Canadian Healthcare experience/knowledge preferred.
• Project Management Professional preferred.
• Hybrid work location; travel is expected per the terms of the contract.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company #39;s activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
