We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills and a strategic mindset. This role will report to the COO and will be integral to driving our vision of pioneering innovation and reshaping the future of cooling technology.Responsibilities:

  • Value Creation Process:
  • Lead and manage the development, execution, and monitoring of the company #39;s value creation strategies.
  • Responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of initiatives, identifying risks/solutions to the executive team, and maintaining a clear reporting structure.
  • Identify and prioritize value drivers to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine value creation initiatives to maximize shareholder value.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the company #39;s long-term strategic plan.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of strategic objectives with the company #39;s vision and mission.
  • Mergersamp; Acquisitions (M amp;A):
  • Coordinate M amp;A activities with Executive and Board, including target identification, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Assess potential acquisition opportunities and their alignment with the company #39;s long-term objectives.
  • Strategic Alliances and Key Partnerships:
  • Support identification and formalizing of strategic alliances and partnerships that support the company #39;s long-term objectives.
  • Support negotiation and management of key corporate partnership and alliance agreements to ensure achievement of long-term objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management
  • 10+ years of general business experience
  • Track record of driving growth and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, value creation, and M amp;A, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Sound understanding of company financial statements and drivers for value creation
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s or Master #39;s degree in business administration, finance, or a related technical field
  • Preference given to candidates with a MBA

  • A strong bias for action and exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
