Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.Coordinate the interview process, including logistics and scheduling.Assist hiring managers in evaluating candidates and making hiring decisions.Prepare and present competitive offers to top candidates.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices in recruitment.Maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and professional organizations to build a robust talent pipeline.RequirementsBachelor #39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Canadian candidates preferred).Proven experience as an HR Recruiter minimum 5 years.Valid and recognized HR Certification from a reputable Canadian board (e.g., CPHR) a mustStrong understanding of the Canadian recruitment landscape and employment laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace technologies.Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.Chance to make a real impact on the future of flight
