If you are interested in building global challenger brands, scaling a business, and working in a values-driven environment, we want to hear from you!The OpportunityReporting to the Director, HR Technology, the HR Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Workday HRIS system. They will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to ensure the system is effectively meeting the organization #39;s HR needs. Their expertise in Workday will be critical in driving system enhancements, process improvements, and data accuracy.ResponsibilitiesWorkday System Management:

  • Administer and maintain the Workday system, including configuration, updates, and integrations.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations to ensure the system remains current and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them efficiently.
Data Management and Integrity:
  • Establish and enforce data quality controls within Workday to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of HR data.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
  • Ensure data compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, including data privacy and security standards.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and deliver a wide range of HR metrics, reports, and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
  • Create custom reports to address specific HR and management needs, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and continuously improve reporting capabilities.
User Support and Training:
  • Provide expert-level user support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR and system users.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to enhance user proficiency.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions to keep users updated on Workday functionality and best practices.
Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within Workday.
  • Lead projects to streamline HR processes, leveraging Workday features and tools.
  • Work closely with HR teams to understand their workflow requirements and tailor Workday solutions accordingly.
Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with Workday consultants and vendors to optimize system performance, including managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with external consultants for specialized Workday projects or expertise when necessary.
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain Workday security protocols to safeguard HR data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to HRIS security and compliance.
Establish SOPs and Governance of Internal Controls:
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS processes within Workday.
  • Ensure that internal controls are established and followed to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to verify adherence to SOPs and controls.
Experience
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRIS professional with a strong focus on Workday.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Workday certification is highly desirable.
  • Project Management experience a plus.
