This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. This position is not available for remote workWhat you will do:

  • Assist with compensation projects including preparation of communication materials and program documentation while working with human resource advisors
  • Participate in activities, such as, benchmarking, market studies, reviewing salary structures, and maintaining employee data
  • General office duties, as required
What you will learn:
  • Experience as part of the Centre of Excellence team in an HR function of a large global organization
  • Exposure to both Canadian and US employee compensation programs including their key design principles and applicable regulations
  • Opportunity to develop written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a hybrid office environment and the use of Microsoft Office Suite of programs, particularly MS Excel
What you will bring:
  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce degree, preference to those with a major in HR or Finance 2nd year or higher AND returning to full-time studies after the work term
