We #39;re also committed to building a company for the long-term with a legacy to be proud of - for the people who work for us and with us; for future generations and the environment; and above all for our consumers.ROLE SUMMARY:Reporting to the Warehouseamp; Operations Manager, the Inventoryamp; Control Analyst is a critical role within the Prairies Logistics team that is responsible for inventory accuracy of our 7 sites as well as analysis and actions to reduce Supply Chain Overhead (SCO). The Inventoryamp; Control Analyst will work cross functionally with our sales, operations, and National logistics teams to ensure that our customers have an optimal product mix to maximize sales while minimizing our costs.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily inventory reconciliation and maintenance of warehouse discrepancies for our 7 sites across the Prairies
  • Analysis of inventory data on a weekly basis to understand gaps within the network as well as uncover potential Supply Chain Overhead (SCO) risks
  • Lead the weekly Prairies SCO meeting with Commercial, SI, Deployment and Logistics teams
  • Follow-up with respective teams to ensure mitigation strategies are being executed in a timely manner
  • Ongoing communication with warehouse to drive reporting improvements and escalate any reporting issues
  • Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP ERP and o9 system for 3PL warehouses
  • Responsible for creating rebate STO #39;s, following up with sites and 3P dumping sites to ensure product is being moved out of warehouses in a prompt basis upon expiry
  • Identify and develop strategic solutions for service level and supply chain overhead risks and flag to respective teams
  • Collaborating with Commercial, SI, Deployment, and Logistics teams to lead daily Prairies execution touchpoint to ensure all relevant parties are aware of top priorities and execute accordingly
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal ownership with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills present findings and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms.
  • Inventory experience, an asset.
  • Experience with the SAP ERP, an asset.
