  • Develop and execute end-to-end product marketing strategies, including product launches, messaging, and global campaign strategies to generate awareness and demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies, launch orchestration, messaging architecture, and product content.
  • Lead customer-focused digital marketing campaigns, incorporating paid media, influencer marketing, and account-based strategies.
  • Partner with product management to execute go-to-market plans and commercialization strategies.
  • Create impactful marketing materials that support the product portfolio #39;s commercial goals.
  • Act as a product evangelist, showcasing the value of our products to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Manage budgets, analyze campaign results against KPIs, and recommend adjustments.
  • Gather customer insights to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Create relevant and differentiated market content, including white papers, email marketing, presentation content, and event abstracts.
  • Manage and communicate a measurable dashboard of campaign results, analytics, and activities that demonstrate ROI and use the data to recommend improvements for our marketing activities.
  • Manage our emissions presence at a schedule of domestic and international conferences, tradeshows, and other external or customer events.
  • Provide ChampionX sales force with marketing support, including sales tool collateral, training, competitive intelligence, and reporting, to support the sales team #39;s response to customer needs.
  • Develop product launch and go-to-market strategies and own the execution of these plans.
  • Actively participate in our ChampionX Brand Council to provide input and guide decisions about our enterprise brand, sustainability positioning, and ensuring alignment of our Emissions portfolio offering within our brand pillars and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years #39; experience in marketing, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience with product launch and campaign management is a plus.
