This position reports to a Senior Production Engineer and requires an organized and motivated individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges. This position will be based in Calgary with travel to field location(s) on occasion.This dynamic position will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to learn about the Oilamp; Gas industry in Western Canada as well as develop their petroleum engineering skills.RESPONSIBILIITES:This will be a project-based work term where the successful candidate will collaborate with multiple Senior Production Engineers as well as various Operations staff, including field personnel, to complete engineering studies related to the development and optimization of oil and gas wells.Previous co-op student responsibilities and accomplishments include the following:
