You will both coach and educate our internal end users to support adoption of our Citizen Development program on how to use the M365 and Power Platform tools to improve their productivity and efficiency. You will also empower end users to create, innovate and adapt to the dynamic digital environment. By promoting self-service solutions, you will contribute to improving Ovintiv #39;s business outcomes, adding value, streamlining processes, reducing costs and mitigating risks while increasing safety.Responsibilities

• Promote end-user self-serve adoption of development solutions using M365 and Power Platform tools.
• Create, maintain and deliver end user training and documentation on how to use the various Microsoft productivity tools effectively and efficiently, maintaining content on reference site.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that add value and align with Ovintiv #39;s organizational goals.
• Establish and promote Microsoft best practices and guardrails to ensure the performance, security and availability of the available Microsoft products such as Power Platform and Co-pilot solutions.
• Offer ad hoc technical guidance and scheduled mentorship to employees.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices with regards to the Microsoft productivity tool suite and related products.
• Work with other solution architects, developers and analysts on the Digital Platform team to ensure consistency and end user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A bachelor #39;s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 3 or more years of demonstrated technical experience using Microsoft productivity offerings with tasks involving building, administrating and/or assisting them.
• Skill in applying the various Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Power BI, Power Pages, and AI Builder) to solve personal productivity and business problems.
• A strong vision to empower and educate people to become self-reliant and creative users of the Microsoft platform, as well as a deep knowledge of business needs and the latest trends in the digital space.
• Experience in creating and delivering end user training and content.
• The ability to work with business stakeholders to understand their needs to provide guidance on building Microsoft solutions that will add value and align with Ovintiv #39;s organizational goals.
• The ability to communicate and demonstrate technical ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences through formal and informal training formats.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to build trust and credibility with all levels of end users.
• Ability to travel cross border between the US and Canada.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Ovintiv #39;s reasonable estimate of the hiring compensation range for this role.HIRING SALARY RANGE: $96,000 - $120,500 CAD / $114,500 - $129,500 USDCompensation may vary and will be determined by the geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Benefits: Ovintiv offers a competitive benefits package.
