We are passionate about continuous improvement and operate with high integrity, motivated by our desire to do the right thing for our Advisors and clients.The Senior Manager of Sales Process Enablement and Optimization will be a catalyst for continuous improvement and optimization of business processes and practices within Retail Sales distribution. Steering our path on how Retail Sales and Service tracks the delivery of outcomes to planned benefits, key business outcomes, and strategic priorities. They will guide the design and maintenance of key measures for the realization of benefits.How you will create impact:

  • Guiding and facilitating a collaborative alignment with key partners and enterprise stakeholders for program priorities and resourcing management and ensuring that monitoring practices are established to assess the delivery of outcomes to planned strategic and business benefits.
  • Supplying expertise, proposing solutions to resolve blockers, and provisioning resources and SMEs to support the execution and delivery of program outcomes.
  • Contributing directly and leading a team to develop an overarching consolidated view of the client-facing functions.
  • Developing a fit-for-purpose prioritization framework to identify functions for inclusion in assessment processes, contributing to and providing oversight to assessments and recommendations, and designing measures and indicators for the realization of benefits.
  • Forming and maintaining a client relationship management program and practices for the Retail Sales and Service portfolio that optimally aligns with processes to optimize sales opportunities, supports the Guided OMNI strategy, and enables change management effective adoption.
  • Supporting the development of a formalized end-to-end sales cycle for Retail Sales and Service that articulates the Retail Sales business process and sales enablement agenda while ensuring the formation of best practices, processes, and tools for enabling sales success.
  • Empowering project teams and cross-functional resources to deliver on accountabilities.
  • Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, managing and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.

To join our team:
  • You have 8 years of progressive experience within the insurance and/or financial services industry, including experience in sales process enablement or sales distribution program delivery.
  • You have a degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Or, have an equivalency of education and experience.
  • Having completed or pursuing Business Process Management or Project Management Certification is an asset.
  • You are an experienced program manager or project leader; having effectively delivered on transformational programs, change management, benefits realization, and process optimization initiatives.
  • You have strong business acumen, holding competencies in financial concepts, benefits realization, business improvement, and analytical problem-solving.
  • You are an experienced people leader, well-skilled in developing, empowering, and leading teams to successfully deliver on strategic business objectives.
  • Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. Drafting complex English documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

  • This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
