In this role, you will gain exposure to various clients and be tasked with solving complex problems. Other responsibilities will include data conversion, application troubleshooting, assisting client care, and performing training sessions.Responsibilities

• Configuration of our corporate planning applications to match client Excel solutions
• Working with Clients to obtain business and technical specifications to help implement next-generation software solutions
• Working in small project teams on established activities or as a part of larger projects
• Participating in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software development and implementation
• Ensuring successful completion of personal and team deliverables
• Participating in company-building exercises, such as recruiting or delivery of internal training courses
• Modelling specific business models or logic within Quorum #39;s applications
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor #39;s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related disciplines that have an analytical component
• MINIMUM 3.0 OVERALL GPA or two years work experience
• Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed, which could equal up to 15% of travel.
• Must have a valid passport
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication
• Must have experience in financial or economics modelling using MS Excel

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills such as managing project schedules and fostering team collaboration
• Aspiration or work experience in developing and implementing solutions for Client needs
• Entrepreneurial skills, including motivation to take on more responsibility
• Interest in helping grow and develop Client relationships through direct and meaningful interaction
• Interest or experience in international travel is an asset
• Have a strong sense of ownership, self-driven and ambitious
• Proactive and have a strong desire to learn and adapt new skills, tools, and technologies
• Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with stakeholders on all levels

Additional Details

• Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver #39;s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States or Canada (depending on where the successful candidate is currently located and hired into) is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
