You #39;ll find career opportunities that live up to your ambitions and be able to further develop your unique set of skills.So if you #39;re looking to do what you love, we could be perfect for each other.Our expectationsReporting to the Paid Media Marketing Manager, the Paid Social Media Specialist, will be responsible for managing, implementing, and executing RONA Inc #39;s paid social tactics (From upper to lower funnel). The Paid Social Media Specialist will work in partnership with the Integrated Marketing, Brand and Content teams to review business goals and develop custom paid social advertising plans to meet RONA Inc. specific objectives. In collaboration with RONA #39;s partner media agency, the specialist will also be responsible to manage social media campaign budget allocation, campaign performance optimizations based on clear KPIs, reporting and billing. The ability to present plans and post-mortems to key internal stakeholders is required.Your role
  • Manages autonomously projects assigned by the Media Manager.
  • Build, grow and optimize paid media marketing programs through Paid Media Tactics.
  • Build briefs and source assets for ad creative required to support social campaigns.
  • Assists in creative brief development and approve go-to-market assets.
  • Identify opportunities and risks through reporting and analyzing data, implementing solutions, measuring actions, and tracking results.
  • Implement testamp; learn initiatives in key areas.
  • Manage relationships with RONA Inc. key stakeholders and partner media agencies.
  • Ability to present Plan and post-mortem to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing as well as consumer behavior.
  • Manage campaign spend and billing.
The qualifications we are looking for
  • University degree or college diploma Marketing or Advertising.
  • 3+ years previous work experience in digital marketing and/or advertising agency in paid social media is required to effectively fulfill the requirements of this position.
  • Knowledge of different Social Media Platforms (META, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Tik Tok)
  • Understanding of paid social media best practices.
  • Experience with offline media (an asset)
  • Knowledge of shopping feed platform Feedonomics (an asset)
  • Good communication skills
