Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law.ResponsibilitiesThe Treasury Manager will be play a critical role in managing and optimizing Weatherford Corporate Treasury #39;s cash flow, liquidity and internal reporting. In addition, this position will support other Corporate Treasury processes and, as needed, participate in inter-departmental projects.Rolesamp; Responsibilities

  • Responsible for 12 week rolling cash flow forecasting process.
  • Monitor global liquidity and ensure cash is deployed where needed (including excess cash and its returns).
  • Manage Weatherford #39;s intercompany notes and interest rates process.
  • Support the intercompany netting process as it pertains to Treasury.
  • Work closely with other areas of Treasury, Tax, and Accounting to develop and execute cash repatriation strategies.
  • Manage parts of Treasury #39;s internal reporting process.
  • Develop robust treasury processes and controls, ensuring global adherence.
  • Explore emerging technologies to enhance automation, improve visibility, and reduce administrative efforts.
  • Others, as required by Management and Supervisor.

QualificationsREQUIRED
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
  • Prior experience (4-5 years) in cash management and corporate treasury functions.
PREFERRED
  • MBA, Masters in Finance, Masters in Economics or any other related field would be preferred.
  • CTP certification or CFA charter-holders/candidates are desired but not required.
  • Have experience in international cash repatriation

  • Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills with high level of intellectual curiosity ability.
  • Organizational, time-management and settingamp; meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and tight deadlines while retaining strong attention to detail.
  • Effective teamwork skills and ability to collobrate with other departments.
  • Software proficiency - MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with ERP, Reporting and Finance softwares is an asset (Hyperion, JDE, Bloomberg).
