  • Collaborate with technical team leaders, Product Managers, and others to help elevate the quality of the user experience (from flow, cognitive load and user interface) across our desktop, web, and other internal products
  • Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of the audience
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to guide the design process
  • Design flows and user interfaces for desktop, web, and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to navigate
  • Present flows, research, ideas, interfaces and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints
  • Utilize design thinking principles to solve complex user experience challenges
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms
  • Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics data
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in UX/UI design relating to software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and understanding of UX principles
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
  • Knowledge of desktop, web and mobile app development processes and technologies
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum
