Were Canadas equipment financing experts!The opportunityThe Account Executive achieves sales targets and budgets by prospecting, developing and enhancing relationships with vendors and customers. The Account Executive is responsible for high volume inside sales transactions under $100,000.The day-to-dayRelationship driven. Sales excellence. Engaged. Motivated.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Create Personal Business Plan related to customer service excellence and responsivity
  • Analyze Competition
  • Provide Formal Lease Training, Processes, and act as a confident point person to manage all client questions, concerns, or additional information requests
  • Provide General Lease Information
  • Pursue Sales Leads including website-based inquiries and diverting clients with deals over $100K to the correct Account Executive to assist
  • Drive Credit Process and have confidence leading the conversation with clients on approvals, declines, etc.
  • Strive towards continual improvement of business, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Manage personal priorities and professional development
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions and customer events as required
  • Attend training, mid-year and annual sales conferences at Head Office
  • Focus on and provide quality customer service at all times
  • Exercise discretion and respect the confidentiality with all transactions
  • Develop and maintain positive and respectful working relationships with fellow employees
  • Engage in corporate culture and volunteer activities
  • Build, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
  • Communicate ideas and information effectively
Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent training with minimum 3 years’ of demonstrated sales experience in equipment financing or commercial lending
  • English language skills will be considered an asset

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build key relationships
  • Strong business acumen, problem solving skills and analytical capabilities

  • High degree of patience and comfort training clients who are new to lending
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Capable of learning existing software and programming used in house while remaining flexible to new technology being introduced
