Job DescriptionThis is an interview position. GENERAL SUMMARY To sell FedEx Services to both new and existing customers (primary focus: net ‘new’ potential) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by FedEx). Acts as team lead and assists manager in providing coaching/training/etc. to junior/new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESEducational RequirementsPost Secondary:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Related Experience RequirementsMinimum number of years required for entry to this job- Sales - 1 year - FedEx Sales or Inside SaleOther specific mandatory experience requirementsTechnical Skill RequirementsSolid knowledge of the following:- Knowledge of selling FedEx services - (Preferred)
  • FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments
Computer literacy and proficiency:
  • Microsoft Excel – basic
  • Microsoft Word – basic
  • Microsoft Power Point – basic
  • Microsoft Outlook – standard
