  • Take client calls and emails and assure an excellent customer service and support them with request on technical problems;
  • Monitor Bank machines (ATMs) in order to detect and correct errors using remote diagnostics when possible;
  • Monitor Bank machine activity for security incidents and prevention;
  • Work with our partners to troubleshoot and find solutions to ATM operation problems;
  • Dispatch Carrier or Field technicians to sites if problem cannot be fixed remotely;
  • Configure or update ATMs;
  • Provide constructive observation helping to improve our process;
  • Be an agent of change and support the monitoring team;
  • Take on any other responsibility or perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by management from time to time
What we need
  • High School Diploma+. Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Bilingual, French /English.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position (Call center, office, Tech support)
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Can work on different shifts such as evenings & weekends.
