Job Description

ACCOUNTING TECHNICIANUnder the supervision of the Controller, the Accounting Technician is responsible for performing various administrative and accounting tasks.ResponsibilitiesAs an Accounting Technician, you will have the following role:

  • Responsible for accounts payable and/or receivable;
  • Participate in the preparation of files for auditors;
  • Performs weekly accounting entries;
  • Participates in the preparation of analysis and reporting;
  • Collaborates in the preparation of the year-end file;
  • Performs balance sheet analyses monthly;
  • Performs certain conciliations;
  • Ad hoc project.
Experience and skills of the ideal candidate
  • Technical training in accounting (DEP/DEC or equivalent);
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting;
  • Oral and written bilingualism;
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems (SAP);
  • Mastery of the Office suite and more specifically excellent Excel skills;
  • Very good analytical skills, good judgment and attention to detail;
  • Organizational skills, timeliness and priority management.
