Ready to be part of this global family of companies making a difference in the quality of life for patients around the worldHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROWVitalAire Canada is the Canadian home healthcare subsidiary of Air Liquide, a world leader in gases, medical technologies and services for industry and healthcare.We are actively recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Administrative Assistant for our branch based in St-Eustache, QC. Here #39;s what you #39;ll be doing:

  • Greet and provide assistance and support to all customers who visit the branch.
  • Facilitate the administrative aspects of branch operations while ensuring that the needs of internal and external patients are met.
  • Direct patient inquiries by phone and in person to appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with CPAP sales and treatment for the branch.
  • Book patient appointments and electronic calendars, then schedule follow-up appointments for the branch.
  • Assist with billing and accounts receivable processes, receive payments and complete necessary forms.
  • Other clerical duties as required
__Are you a MATCHQualifications
  • College certificate or diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google, with excellent data entry skills
  • One or two years #39; experience in an office environment
