• Établir et maintenir en place tous les contrôles nécessaires afin d’assurer que les rapports financiers produits soient exempts d’erreurs
• Tenir à jour les données financières de nature confidentielle.
• Participer au processus de fin de mois, de fin de quart et de fin d’année
• Développer des outils d’analyse et suivi régulier des objectifs financiers et de trésorerie.
• Analyser et participer mensuellement dans toutes conciliations de postes du bilan
• Analyser et concilier mensuellement les états financiers incluant un sommaire des explications
• Analyser mensuellement les écarts des périodes comparatives et fournir sur demande les explications détaillées aux directeurs des différents services
• Préparation de diverses présentations financières pour gestionnaires et haute direction.
• Avec l’équipe finance, mettre en place les contrôles du département et s’assurer qu’ils soient respectés
• Participer à la création d’analyses financières et participer à la réingénierie de processus
• Travailler avec les gestionnaires dans l’établissement des objectifs annuels en alignement avec les attentes de la haute direction.
• Analyser et améliorer la visibilité des transactions financières dans un contexte multi entreprises.

Compétences et qualifications requises

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité,
• Titre comptable CPA obligatoire
• Minimum de 1 année d’expérience dans un poste similaire – cycle comptable complet
• Connaissance du système SAP,
• Bon jugement et très bonne capacité danalyse;
• Expérience dans un environnement multi entreprises est un atout
• Bilinguisme exigé autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication
• Excellente connaissance d’Excel
• Capacité à bien gérer son temps, à travers des échéanciers serrés et à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément
• Être axé vers le détail

At Stanpro, we inspire creativity, we nurture talent, we applaud achievements, and create an environment that stimulates professional growth and development.Position SummaryReporting to the Executive Vice President- Finance, you will be responsible for playing a key role in different companies in the Ascot capital group, such as Stanpro, the accounting cycle by analyzing the financial situation and using your ability to improve the financial processes.Your main responsibilities will be:

• Establish and maintain all necessary controls to ensure that all financial reports are produced without errors
• Maintain and keep up to date confidential financial records
• Participate in month end, quarter end and year process
• Develop analytical tools and regular follow ups of financial objectives and treasury requirements
• Analyze and participate in all monthly accounting reconciliations
• Analyze and reconcile monthly financial statements including summary of explanations
• Analyze monthly comparative discrepancies and give detailed explanations to the directors of the various departments
• Prepare various financial presentations for Management and Executives
• Establish department controls with the finance team and ensure they are respected
• Participate in the creation of financial analyses and reevaluate the process for optimal results
• Work directly with managers with establishing annual objectives aligned to corporate expectations
• Analyze and improve the visibility of the financial transactions in a multi company context.

Required skills and qualificationsTo meet this challenge, you must have:

• Accounting degree
• CPA designation - mandatory
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role- full accounting cycle
• Knowledge of SAP
• Superior analytical skills and great judgement
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and French;
• Experience in a multi company environment
• Detail oriented
• Manage priorities and time management;
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
