Notre pharmacie est située à Saint-Laurent. Nous sommesactuellement ouverts du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 17h.Responsabilités:

  • Entrer de nouvelles ordonnances et remplir les commandes de médicaments
  • Communiquer avec les patients par e-mail, téléphone, chat et SMS pour fournir
des informations sur leurs commandes
  • Maintenir linventaire de la pharmacie
  • Préparer les livraisons
  • Offrir un excellent service client

Qualifications :
  • 6 mois dexpérience ou formation équivalente en tant que ATP
  • Connaissance dUbik (un atout)
  • Doit être bilingue (écrit et verbal)

We pack medications by dose and time into “PocketPacks” and deliver them to your doorstep for free.The Role:As part of our expansion plan across Canada, we have partnered with a local franchisee in Montreal who will bring the Pocketpills experience to life in Quebec.We are seeking pharmacy assistants to join the franchisee in Montreal, Quebec. As a member of the team, you will be sorting, packaging, and labeling prescription drugs with a high degree of accuracy. You will also have knowledge of Quebec geography in order to help organize delivery routes accurately and efficiently.Why work at Pocketpills

Responsibilities:
  • Fill medication orders, including measuring, mixing, packaging, and labeling
  • Contribute to the efficient and safe tidiness and workflow in the dispensary
  • Understand College of Pharmacists bylaws and regulations
  • Initiative to move from one task to the next using logic and prioritization
  • Independent task completion with meticulous attention to detail
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and monitor patient records
  • Knowledge and efficiency of all aspects of WinRx (data entry, billing, report generating, troubleshooting)
  • Communicate with patients via email, phone, chat and text message to provide information about their orders
  • Maintain work area in a tidy and hygienic manner
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards
  • Gather, organize, and assess patient information
Qualifications(Must- Haves):
  • 6+ months of experience or equivalent education as a Pharmacy Technician (ATP)
  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Must be able to pronounce medication names
  • Excellent typing and communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A thorough understanding of quality assurance and delivery of service excellence
  • Demonstrate ability to work as an effective team member
  • Detail-oriented
