You will join a dynamic talented team of individuals who are passionate about, and responsible for, the successful adoption of ISAAC’s solution. Under the responsibility of the Client Success Director, you will be the clients main point of contact to build strong relationships, create referenceable accounts, and secure contract renewals.Responsibilities

  • Proactively work with clients (AA, AAA, Strategic) to develop a broad understanding of the client’s business model to meet clients’ expectations, encourage best practices, and ensure success
  • Provide periodic business reviews that identify client’s strengths, opportunities, and goals
  • Secure renewals, maintain referenceable accounts, and identify Meeting 1 sales leads
  • Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction with a focus on client loyalty
  • Partner closely with other internal teams to collaborate and translate businesses needs into solutions for our clients
  • Respond to all client needs and accompany them to reach their objectives
  • Drive product knowledge, increase adoption, and identify upsell opportunities with clients.
Qualifications
  • University diploma in information technologies, computer engineering or any other pertinent fields
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a client account manager and/or managing implantation and deployment of software/hardware solutions
  • Strong communication skills, ability to establish deep relationships with clients, motivation towards reaching goals and results in a client-oriented framework
  • Leadership, excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, multi-tasking and adaptation to change
  • In-depth knowledge and mastery of computer solutions and software
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French preferred
  • Readiness to travel throughout Canada and the U.S. (between 10% and 25% of schedule).
